12.11.2021 1) Present application is filed seeking recall of order dated 07.01.2020 passed in WPC-1175 of 2016.

2) On perusal of the pleadings and Annexures enclosed along with application and the order passed by this Court and also considering the Writ Petition filed by the parties, we do not find any strong and cogent material available on record to accept the contention of applicant that the applicant was not in the knowledge of order of Hon'ble Supreme Court (Annexure P3) and the order passed by Division Bench of this Court in Review Petition.

Mcc 332 of 2021 3) We also find it difficult in entertaining this application on the ground that the same has been filed after a period of more than 1 1⁄2 years (more than 18 months), with no explanation provided for the inordinate delay in realising the alleged mistake, claimed to have arisen while withdrawing the Writ Petition on 07.01.2020.

4) Under these circumstances, we do not find it a fit case for allowing MCC-332 of 2021.

5) Accordingly, application stands dismissed.
