By the order impugned, after revocation of suspension of the petitioner he has been posted at Raipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the State Government.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the State Government would consider and decide the same in accordance with law on its own merit as early as possible. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
