The applicant has filed this application seeking correction in the cause title on the submission that due to typographical mistake, the name of the petitioner's husband has been wrongly recorded as "Shri Rajesh Lakda" whereas the correct name of the petitioner's husband is "Late Shri Somendra Pal". It is also submitted that due to typographical mistake the name of School is wrongly mentioned as "Government Primary School, Dharamjaigarh Colony" whereas the correct name of the School is "Government Primary School, Shahpur Colony".

Considering the aforesaid submission, it is directed that in the order dated 30.08.2016 passed in WPS No. 4186 of 2016 in the array of petitioner, the name of petitioner's husband, in place of "Shri Rajesh Lakda" shall be read as "Late Shri Somendra Pal" and

the name of School, in place of "Government Primary School, Dharamjaigarh Colony" it shall be read as "Government Primary School, Shahpur Colony".

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this order along with order dated 30.08.2016 passed in WPS No. 4186 of 2016 before the concerned authorities who are required to comply with the order of the Court.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
