1. The present writ petition seems to have been filed aggrieved by the decision of the respondents in issuing appointment orders to the selected candidates on the post of Civil Judge Class-II.

2. During the course of hearing, it is found that the petitioner finds place in the merit list at serial No. 16 against the unreserved category by virtue of his merits though she belongs to the OBC category. The placement of the petitioner in the select list was questioned by another aspirant namely Smt. Kewara Rajput who also is said to have scored equal marks as that of the petitioner and alleging that she ought to had been added in the select list instead of the petitioner and this High Court while entertaining a writ petition i.e. WP(S) No.5227/2020 has ordered restraining the respondents from issuing an order of appointment in favour of the present petitioner i.e. the respondent No. 5 in WP(S) No. 5227/2020.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, the petitioner already finds place in the select list and the placement of the petitioner in the select list already subjudice before this High Court in the aforementioned writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition in its present form is totally uncalled for, any decision or any claim of the petitioner would be only subject to the outcome of the said writ petition. The present Writ Petition therefore reserving the right of the petitioner to ventilate his grievance in the said writ petition i.e. WP(S) No. 5227 of 2020.

4. With the aforesaid observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of. Sd/- 1.
