The applicant has filed this application seeking correction in the cause title on the submission that due to typographical mistake, the name of the petitioner's father has been wrongly recorded as "Shri Umar Sai Sarthi" whereas the correct name of the petitioner's father is "Shri Ongar Sai Sarthi". It is also submitted that due to typographical mistake the name of School is wrongly mentioned as "Government Primary School, Dharamjaigarh Colony" whereas the correct name of the School is "Government Middle School, Dharamjaigarh Colony".

Considering the aforesaid submission, it is directed that in the order dated 01.09.2016 passed in WPS No. 4331 of 2016 in the array of the petitioner, in place of name of petitioner's father "Shri
Umar Sai Sarthi" shall be read as "Shri Ongar Sai Sarthi" and in the place of name of School "Government Primary School, Dharamjaigarh Colony" shall be read as "Government Primary School, Shahpur Colony".

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this order along with order dated 01.09.2016 passed in WPS No. 4331 of 2016 before the concerned authorities who are required to comply with the order of the Court.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
