The petitioner's limited grievance ventilated through this petition is that the petitioner has already filed an appeal against the order of removal from service but the same is pending since 28/10/15.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance would be redressed if the respondents are directed to decide the appeal within a reasonable time.

Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 fairly submits that the appeal of the petitioner shall be considered and decided as early as possible. 4.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to decide the appeal of the petitioner within an outer limit of three months from today.
