Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/12/2017 The petitioner's grievance is that his application for extending joining time after completion of PhD. has been rejected on the ground that he had not submitted relevant affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the required affidavit was infact submitted in the office of the Director, Veterinary Services, Raipur on 22/11/2014 which fact was not brought to the notice of the Secretary. It is further submitted that large number of posts are lying vacant. 3.

Looking to the nature of controversy, this petition need not be kept pending. In view of the submission that the petitioner has submitted necessary documents in the office of the Director, Veterinary Services, Raipur, the respondents shall get factual enquiry done from the office of the Director, Veterinary Services with regard to the alleged filing of affidavit. Based upon fact finding report from the office of the

Director, Veterinary Services, appropriate order shall be passed within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petition is accordingly finally disposed off.
