Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 20/02/2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing the writ petition, the State Government has framed the rule known as Directorate of Rural Industries (Sericulture Sector) Chhattisgarh, (Gazetted) Service, Recruitment Rule 2010 and, therefore, grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. He, however, submits that direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion in accordance with rules. State counsel has no objection so far as withdrawal of the writ petition is concerned. He, however, submits that for any other grievance, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
