For State :

Mr. Chandresh Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/01/2018 Heard.

The petitioners have challenged the order of termination. The petitioners were contractual employees and the order shows that they were given show cause notices and thereafter services were terminated. In the petition, it has not been disputed that no notices were given to them. Therefore, in these circumstances, when the petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing statutory appeal, I am not inclined to interfere with the order, therefore, the petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal as provided under the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
