1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge legality and validity of selection of appointment of respondent No.5 on the post of LDC.

2. Respondent No.5 was appointed as LDC in the year 1991. It is not a case that the petitioner is claiming appointment on the said post under the process of selection in which respondent No.5 was appointed way back in the year 1991. There is no material on record to justify invocation of writ of quo warranto by this Court. The petition is, as frivolous as it could be, dismissed.
