Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the crop damage the petitioner was duly ensured under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Yojana but respondent authorities have not paid the sum insured to the petitioner for which he has also made representation before respondent No. 1 on 23.04.2018 but it has not been considered till date. 2.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation before the respondent No. 1 for redressal of his grievance who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's case strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
