In this petition, the petitioner is challenging his transfer from Middle School, Brajnagar to Primary School, Manjhpara, Latori. 2.
In view of the Clause 4 of the State Government's transfer policy dated 1-7-2015 for the year 2015-16, on the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the
writ petition with liberty to pursue the representation. 3.
The authority before whom the representation lies under clause 4 of the transfer policy dated 1-7-2015 shall take the decision in the matter at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 4.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
