This petition has been filed by the petitioner-Saraswati Dhiwar W/o Sanat Dhiwar, whereas Patta has been issued in favour of Sanat Kumar Dhiwar. 3.

In view of above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 4.

In the result, the petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to Sanat Kumar Dhiwar for taking recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law.
