The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner assailing the order dated 27.09.2016 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Forest Division, Bhairamgarh, Bijapur to District Durg. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be permitted to move a representation before the concerned respondents for redressal of his grievance and the said authority may be directed to decide the same as early as possible. 3.

In view of above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it

is directed that if the petitioner makes a representation before the concerned competent authority, the authority shall consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
