The transfer order dated 26.07.2016 is challenged mainly on the apprehension that the transfer of the petitioner from Balod District to Mahasamund District may adversely affect his seniority. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the order impugned nowhere supports this apprehension of the petitioner. He submits that as it is not a case of transfer on request but transfer on exigency of service, the petitioner should not have any apprehension with regard to loss of seniority. 3.

Placing on record the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, I am inclined to dispose off the matter finally. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
