Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/01/2018 The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner and respondent No.5 were appointed by the same appointment order as on 02/09/1983 and later on, though the petitioner promoted in executive cadre on 31/12/2010 and respondent No.5 promoted on that very post on 16/08/2011, the petitioner is getting less pay as compared to respondent No.5. The petitioner has preferred a representation for removing this anomaly to step up his pay at par with his junior. It is also submitted that the representation has been made by the petitioner which has remained undecided till date.

Learned counsel for official respondent would voluntarily submit that looking to the grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, this petition may be disposed off with liberty to the respondents to examine petitioner's anomaly and take decision on the same.

In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for respondents, at this stage, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending but to dispose off this petition with a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to examine petitioner's grievance of anomaly in accordance with their own rules and regulations and take decision thereon within a period of 12 weeks.
