1. Though number of grounds have been raised to challenge impugned transfer order, having found that the transfer order was passed way back on 14.8.2017 and the petitioner has moved the writ Court assailing the transfer order after more than 4 months, only on this ground, this Court is not inclined to invoke its extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, more so when the challenge does not pertain to competency or jurisdiction of the authority.

-22. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue representation.
