Agrawal Order On Board 20/08/2020 (1) This is an application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for correction / modification of the order dated 11.06.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3337 of 2020. (2) On due consideration, the application is allowed and the order dated 11.06.2020 is modified in the following terms.

"Let the name of applicant No. 1 be read as "Tej Prakash Baghel" instead of "Tejpratap Baghel". Similarly the name of applicant No. 2 be read as Khemraj @ Bunti" instead of Hemraj @ Bunti.

(3) Rest of conditions mentioned in the order shall remain intact.

(4) The order dated 11.06.2020 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.
