Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has made a representation claiming higher pension at par with the other officials on 03/08/2015, which has not been considered and decided till this date. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.
