This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent to decide representation, pay salary and not to take any coercive steps.

This Court has already issued direction to the respondent to decide the representation within a period of four weeks with clear stipulation that unless the petitioner is provided TA and DA, he should not be compelled to proceed on transfer. 3.
If the complaint of the petitioner is that the order has not been complied with, the remedy lies with the petitioner is to file contempt petition and not writ petition. Therefore, the petition is not maintainable.
