1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Collector, JanjgirChampa, allowing the appeal preferred by respondent No.7 under Section 91 of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 read with Clause-15 of the guidelines relating to appointment of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry

Operator.

2. The order impugned is revisable under Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

3. In view of the availability of statutory alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
