1. Mr.Vinod Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 9.11.2011 (Annexure P-6) for redressal of his grievance before respondent No.1 which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.

2. Mr.Siddharth Dubey, learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondent No.1/State, would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and decided expeditiously.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner within 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to pass a

reasoned and speaking order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. NO order as to cost(s).
