The petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner has made application for transfer on his own request on the ground of personal difficulties, the same has remained pending without any decision till date. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be duly considered and decision shall be taken on the same within a period of 15 days.

In view of the statement so made by Shri Vyas, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.

At present, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1
