1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Dhamtari, whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganwadi worker.
2. Under clause 6 of the guidelines governing the appointment and disciplinary
measures against an Anganwadi worker, an order of removal is appealable before the concerned Collector.
3. In view of the availability of the alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable.
