1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 02/2018 registered at Woman Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(>), 377, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5(M)/6 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The present applicant is in jail since 20.01.2018 in connection with the aforesaid Crime number.

3. The allegation as per the prosecution case against the present applicant is that the present applicant is said to have ravished the prosecutrix, a 9 years young child.

4. Perusal of the record would show that the prosecutrix has since been examined by the trial Court and she has supported the case of the prosecution.

5. Given the facts, this Court does not find a strong case made out by the present applicant for grant of bail, accordingly, the same deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
