1. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially working at Government Boys Primary School, Janpad, Baikunthpur, since there was no proper students in the said school as such the School was merged into Government Primary School, Junapara, Block Baikunthpur. It is stated that as per Annexure P-2, the petitioner thereafter was posted and was imparting his teaching at Government Primary School, Junapara, Block Baikunthpur from 01.08.2018, however, his name has not been shown in the official website and the petitioner has not been shown to be working and placed at Government

Primary School, Junapara, Block Baikunthpur. It is contended that the respondents are only considering it as a proposal despite the fact that the petitioner is teaching there. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed the complaint before the District Education Officer vide Annexure P-3 and requested for passing of the proper order, however, no order has been passed on the application of the petitioner and same is pending till date.

Taking into the submission made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation before the respondent No.3 i.e. the District Education Officer, Koriya, District Koriya claiming all the entitlement within a period of three weeks from today. On such representation, if so filed, the said respondent No.3 shall decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
