Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.17/2021 registered in Police Station Urla, District Raipur for offence under Section 457and 380/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with two other co-accused have committed theft of 14 mobile phones worth Rs.2 lakhs from the shop of Deepak Sharma.

3. Admittedly, co-accused Raushan Kumar has already been released on bail in MCRC No.3535/2021.

4. The present applicant in in jail since 26.1.2021 and the offences are triable by the JMFC. Therefore, considering all the relevant aspects of

MCRC No. 4610 of 2021 the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one local surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
