1. The relief sought for by the petitioner is for grant of two advance increments on account of the petitioner having obtained B.Ed.qualification after having come into employment.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition has already been decided by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions, which stood allowed 06.12.2013. The leading case being WPS No. 6927/2011 (K.K. Dewangan & others v. State of Chhattisgarh & others) and other analogous writ petitions. The said order dated 06.12.2013 has been further

affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 110/2014 and other analogous appeals decided on 04.04.2014.

3. This aspect of the matter having being already adjudicated upon by this High Court and having also being affirmed by the Division Bench is not disputed by the State counsel. Considering the same, the petitioner is given the liberty to file representation within a period of 3 weeks from today in this regard before the concerned respondent. On such representation being filed, the said respondent in turn shall decide the same within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation in terms of the orders passed by this Court in the case of "K.K. Dewangan" (supra) decided on 06.12.2013 along with other bunch of writ petitions subject to the verification of the facts of the entitlement of the petitioner.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands allowed and disposed off. SD/Sd/-- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
