(2) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by the impugned order, the petitioners are posted at Government High School, Hardi, whereas, there is no High School at Hardi. (3) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioners prefer representations before the Collector, Bilaspur within 02 weeks from today, the representations shall be decided by the said authority, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 weeks thereafter. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of .

(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authority shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
