One charge sheet was filed on 15.06.2015 against the petitioner under Section 13 (1) (E), 13 (2) Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 109, 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

It is submitted by the petitioner that since the documents filed along with the charge-sheet were not supplied to the petitioner, as such an application was filed before the trial Court making a prayer to supply the entire documents on which the prosecution has relied, so as to allow the petitioner to defend her case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner referred to the document filed as Annexure P/7 along with this petition and would submit that all the details of the documents have been shown in the application, which are the part of the final report, however, till date neither the application has been decided nor the documents have been supplied.

State counsel initially submits that as appears all the documents have been supplied and having raised the query, it is contended that he may be allowed to seek instructions.

Considering the fact that application for supply of the documents is still pending before the trial Court, therefore, at this stage, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court that the application filed on behalf of the petitioner shall be decided within further period of four weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order. However, the petitioner shall further be at liberty to move application for compliance of the order dated 20.10.2016. 6.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. 7.
