(2) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to move fresh representation before the competent authority, raising the grounds on which he is seeking recalling of the order of transfer. (3) Permission granted.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. However, if the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority of the respondents expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of its receipt.
