The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that death cum retiral dues payable to the petitioner including pensionary benefits have not been released to the petitioner which she was entitled for on death of her Husband who died in harness on 11.08.2015. 2.

There appears to be no progress on the application and repeated representations being made to the respondents. 3.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to ensure process of pending death cum retiral dues to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today. It is ordered accordingly.

The petitioner would also be entitled for interest for the delayed payment made to her by the department.
