Agrawal Order On Board 2 4 / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the revision was filed challenging the order dated 15.09.2011 & 11.08.2011 but Board of Revenue has not considered the challenge with regard to legality & validity of order dated 11.08.2011 and, therefore, he may be permitted to file review petition before the Board of Revenue.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers review petition before the Board of revenue within 15 days from today, the Board of Revenue

shall decide the same in accordance with law. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
