The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 30.07.2016 by which he has been transferred.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially when he was transferred, transfer order was issued, he was not relieved by the District Education Officer on the ground that there is no such school like Amlipali, later on, it was clarified that actually the petitioner was transferred to Amlidih. It is submitted that in the Amlidih, there is also no vacancy. The matter is required to be considered by the Transferring Authority to post the petitioner appropriately at a place where there is a vacancy to adjust him. The representation of the petitioner be decided
-2within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of three weeks, status quo as it exists today, shall be maintained.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
