Order On Board 10/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that that petitioner has made a representation before respondent No. 3- Collector, Raipur on 18.08.2015 for redressal of his grievances, but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No. 3- Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's pending representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any.
