1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 16-10-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(S)No.5525/2014 has not been complied with by the Executive Engineer (E & M), Mahanadi Reserve Project, Rudri, though copy of the order has been served.

2. Additional opportunity is given to the Executive Engineer (E & M), Mahanadi Reserve Project, Rudri, to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner as directed by this Court on 16-102014. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any order on merits of the case and the respondent shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt case, if the representation is not decided within the reasonable time.
