Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2 highlighting his grievances regarding promotion on the post of Lecturer with effect from the date of promotion to his juniors. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent No.2, and in turn, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit

of the case. However, the petitioner is free to submit all documents supporting his claim.
