1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has is that the petitioner has got just around six months time left for retirement and petitioner is facing Departmental Enquiry since 2019 onwards.

2. The limited prayer that petitioner makes is that the enquiry which is pending be concluded at the earliest so that upon petitioner's retirement in January, 2022, the settlements can be done withoout any complications.

-23. The limited relief that petitioner has prayed for is not opposed by the State counsel except that the State counsel submits that petitioner who is a delinquent employee should also co-operate in the early conclusion of the enquiry.

Given the nature of dispute raised in the present writ petition in the opinion of this Court the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to 4 to ensure that the Disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner is try to be concluded as expediciously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The petitioner, at the same time, is also directed to ensure that he would render all cooperation in the early conclusion of the proceedings.
