1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.25/2015, registered at Police Station Kharora, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (a), 306 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The applicant is a juvenile and his remedy lies before the Juvenile Justice Board under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant to approach the Juvenile Justice Board under the Act, 2000 for redressal of his grievance.
