(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to consider the case of the present petitioner for employment in the department of respondent/SECL. He further submits that identical nature of writ petition being WP(S) No.6575 of 2016 has already been decided by this Court vide order dated
06.12.2016 and the present petition may be disposed in similar terms. (3) Learned counsel for the respondent/SECL does not dispute the fact that nature of relief sought for by the petitioner is similar to WP(S) No.6575 of 2016.
(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. It is expected by respondent No.2 i.e. Chief General Manager, SECL, Korba shall examine the claim of the present petitioner in the light of order passed by this Court in WP(S) No.6575 of 2016 and take a decision in this regard in accordance with law and the rules applicable in the department of respondent/SECL preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
