1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.20/2020, registered at Police Station Hardibazar, District Korba (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 392, 398, 365, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The applicant alongwith other co-accused persons have restrained the driver of trailer vehicle and tried to commit loot of Coal loaded therein and for doing this, they pointed knife towards the driver and directed him to take the vehicle in the forest area and sold the Coal for Rs.62,000/-. The allegation is of committing highway robbery and attempt to commit Dacoity while armed with deadly weapon.
4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage, however, reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the material witnesses.
6. Accordingly, the present bail application of the applicant is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
