Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 1 5 / 11 /201 (1) Dr. S. Bharathidaran, Collector, Janjgir-Champa submits that Maintenance Tribunal has already been constituted by Gazette notification dated 24th January, 2009 and the petitioner was also a member of that Tribunal.

(2) Since the petitioner is also a member of the said Maintenance Tribunal, the Maintenance Tribunal will be re-constituted within a period of seven days from today and, thereafter, petitioner's case will be heard

and decided as per order passed by this Court in WPC No.1186/2014 decided on 19.08.2016 and preferably within a period one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
