This is second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.9928/2018.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second bail application and direction may be issued to the trial Court to consider and dispose of case as soon as possible.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.
