1. Mr. SRJ Jaiswal, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. However, he submits that a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.
2. Mr. BP Banjare, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having objection if any such direction is issued.
3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may try to consider and decide it on the same day.
