(1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 165/2015 registered at Police Station Mandirhasoud, District - Raipur for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 17.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3978/2015. (3) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 16.10.2015 passed in M.Cr. C. No.

5843/2015.

(4) Having heard counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
