The Applicant has filed this application under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is in custody since 04.02.2018 in connection with Crime No.18/2018 registered at Police Station - Bhakhara, District Dhamtari (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii) (B) and 15(b) of NDPS Act.
