Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation before the Collector, District Janjgir Champa for redressal of his grievance on 13.07.2016 which has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, District Janjgir Champa is directed to

consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation filed on 13.07.2016 for redressal of his grievance expeditiously. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make additional representation, if any, expeditiously. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
