The defaults pointed out by the Registry in the instant case stand ignored as of now.

With the consent of learned Counsels appearing for the respective party, heard the matter finally on admission stage itself. 3.

Grievance of Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of Respondents in not considering the claim of compassionate appointment. 4.

According to Petitioner, his father namely Late Suresh Kumar Patel was working as an Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) and he died in harness on 26.5.2017. Thereafter, the Petitioner had moved an application for grant of compassionate appointment. The Authorities concerned had directed the Petitioner to acquire the minimum eligibility criteria required for being considered for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher. Petitioner subsequently claims to have acquired the qualification. Thereafter, the matter has been referred by Respondent No.4 to Respondent No.6 for considering the claim of Petitioner. However, there has been no further progress.

Given the factual matrix as is reflected from the pleadings, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing Respondents No.4 to 6 to take appropriate decision on the claim of Petitioner for compassionate appointment, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
