1. I.A. No.5 is an application for issuance of appropriate directions for returning the fee deposited by the members of the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh Rajya Pashudhan Evam Kukkut Vikash Nigam (for short 'the Nigam').

2. The nature of direction sought for in I.A. No.5 is not a prayer made in the writ petition, therefore, this Court cannot issue a direction which was not part of the main writ petition.

3. At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the representation pending before the Nigam for return of the fee amount which the members have deposited during the period when the Nigam was functioning in the areas falling in the present State of Chhattisgarh.

4. Prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed, subject, however, to the above liberty in favour of the petitioner.
