Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation/application before the respondent No.4 claiming compassionate appointment on account of death of her husband-Yatindra Nath Prasad on 10/09/2014, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
